McCloud & Associates is an independent, third party administration (TPA) firm located in the Kansas City, Missouri metropolitan area primarily offering services to small private employers. McCloud Consulting Group is primarily a consulting and actuarial firm offering services to large private and public employers. Together we offer a well-rounded base of knowledge regarding the laws and regulations applicable to qualified and public retirement plans. In addition, we provide annual actuarial and administration services for the sponsors of such plans. We can also provide plan design options that will provide the best retirement plan solutions for a plan sponsor.

Clint A. Blankenship is the president of McCloud & Associates, Inc. a firm specializing in the administration of qualified defined benefit plans, 401(k) plans and cash balance plans for clients whose goal is to optimize tax deductions and provide employee benefits through qualified retirement plans.  Traci Miller Christian is the president of McCloud Consulting Group a firm specializing in defined benefit plans and public sector defined benefit plans aligned with overall employee benefits.  K. Dale McCloud is a founding member and consultant to McCloud & Associates.  Combined, they bring more than 75 years of experience in customized plan design and administration for qualified retirement plans to our clients. Previously, all three were principals of McCloud & Associates, Inc. formerly McCloud and Nichols founded in 2003.

Julie and Debbie both recently passed Retirement Plan Academy: Defined Contribution Administrative Issues – Advanced Topics (DC-3) Exam on November 21st, 2018. Both have now achieved the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation through ASPPA.
